Metric: mean price per sq.ft of homes of given type (excluding outliers) sold during a calendar quarter in the Census Block Group or Census Tract. Map shows % change between two pre- and post-event quarters.
Example: The map shows immediate value drop in the path of the September 1992 Hurricane Andrew. Over two years, however, the difference between areas in the Hurricane path and other areas lessened.
