The FIU College of Engineering and Computing, in collaboration with philanthropic and industrial partners, is setting up a Center of Aging in Place (CAiP) at the new Innovation Complex at FIU. The Center will focus on R&D for AI-driven technologies to assist the elderly staying at home rather than moving to nursing homes. CAiP is a joint venture between FIU and The Brain Center Foundation. 📄
